PaintCare Data Support Specialist
PaintCare is seeking a detail-oriented Data Support Specialist to join its team. This role is central to PaintCare’s day-to-day operations, combining hands-on data management with customer service and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of experience in data entry or account maintenance, works with precision and speed across multiple platforms, and is comfortable operating independently with limited oversight after training. Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel is required. Candidates must reside in a state where the PaintCare program operates: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, District of Columbia.
