Weaving together the spirit of community and PaintCare’s recycling program, Quill Harrison is painting a large-scale mural on the Quackenbush Parking Garage. Experience the intersection of paint and people as this wonderful expression of both takes shape.-

The mural will adorn the APA’s Quackenbush Parking Garage with a visually captivating regional story highlighting waste reduction and paint reuse.
